Love this car. All the options that you get on some luxury cars but not the cost. (remote start, Bluetooth, leather, roof, OnStar). I also have the OnStar app on my phone and I can lock, unlock, start, and see how much gas and oil is in my car right from the app!! Love it!! Automatically puts heat on on cold days and AC on in warm days!! Gotta love it!...read morehide

- Pros
- Plenty of room, huge trunk, great suspension, great power.
- Cons
- Engine could be a little less noisy.

This is just a very comfortable and roomy sedan. Acceleration is effortless and the car just begs to be taken on a long road trip. Very happy with mine.

(2012 model) This is a fantastic cruiser. The engine and transmission are excellent, the old W platform is smooth and quiet, rider comfort is excellent and adjustable.
Surprising array of features for the cost. Remote start and bluetooth functionality are very nice perks as well.
The interior styling isn't my favorite with the faux burled oak, but I've grown to accept it. Trunk space is absolutely insane. With the back seats folded down, I can sleep in the trunk. I'm 6'3". I am really enjoying this car....read morehide2 out of 2 people found this review helpful.

Bought a flawless 2012, loaded LT, lease return vehicle with only 9,000 miles on it. This car has a peppy, solid, 3.6L V-6 engine and suspension used in higher priced vehicles. The extended warranty, along with all of the add-ons was available for much less than retail, and about 10k less than what a 2013 currently goes for. These are quality cars that imo, don't get the respect that they probably deserve. Not matter, that's probably what led to the sweet deal. Next year, I understand they are getting revamped. Personally, I never buy the first model year of any new car. Also, these will be moving up more into the upscale and entry luxury class, probably with a sticker to prove it. I'll happily buy one right here, at a bargain price, and enjoy it for many years to come, a no brainer, imo....read morehide

- Pros
- Powerful engine, strong body, very nice interior, very roomy interior and trunk.
- Cons
- Cheap plastic grille and mufflers rotted out.
Purchased As New
I own a 2006 Chevy Impala LTZ with leather seats and I absolutely love it! It is a well built automobile and it drives very well even after six years. I especially like how strong the engine and body of the vehicle is. The interior is very roomy and the leather seats are very comfortable. The electronics are easy to use and everything works really well.
My only complaints about this vehicle are that the transmission could be more responsive, the grilles are plastic and make the car look cheap and that my mufflers rotted out after only 4 years. My engine is 3.9L V6 engine which puts out 240 HP. The 2012 Impalas have the new 3.6L engine that puts out 300 HP, so I'm missing 60 horses.
I bought an aluminum grille insert kit off ebay which makes the car look awesome. I changed the exhaust to a Magnaflow stainless steel exhaust and I changed the air filter to a K&N high flow filter. Now the car drives well and accelerates much better. Overall it is a great car!...read morehide1 out of 2 people found this review helpful.

I had not purchased a late model car in some years. I did not even know they still made an Impala. I had been driving the big luxury Buicks for many years. I by accident saw an Impala LTZ on a lot. It had 16,000 miles on it and looked absolutely new. It was a 2011 model, maroon, with beige leather seating. This car come with almost every available option including Blue Tooth hands free hookup for your mobile iPhone, Leather, Power seats on both sidea, Tilt, Cruse, 8 speaker Bose speakers, 4 door, fold down rear seats so that combined with the trunk you have a massive area to load things. 3.6 liter really really powerful V-6, 18" yes 18" tires, Sirrus radio, OnStar phone, bags and curtins all over the place for safety. It is very comfortable and it takes a while to get familiar with the powerful engine. I tended to spin the wheels evertime I touched the accellerator. After 4 months I have not heard one rattle. The finish is perfect. As good as a Honda Accord. If your mobile phone rings just press a button the steering wheel and your radio will shut off and will become your speakers for your phone. The mike is built into the ceiling. The driver information center even tells you how much pressure is in each tire including many other good to know things things. I did not know they built cars like this in America any more. This is sure not your daddys Chevrolet. Well done Cheverolet and Chevy workers. If you had put out cars like this 10 years ago we would not be covered with Honda and all the oher foreign vehicles. It is a Chevy Certified vehicle bought from a Chevy dealer so the first year is full coverage. You will not go wrong witrh this fine vehicle....read morehide
