I purchased my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe LT used with 24,000 miles on it. I was instantly impressed with the size and the comfort of this SUV. I grew to be more impressed when I took it for a test drive. The smooth drive was not something I was expecting because of the Tahoe's truck-like demeanor. The seating is comfortable and comanding, and the view is uncompromised. Yes, the Tahoe is large but it handles much better than the exterior dimensions suggest. It is true that the gas mileage is a bit low but not as bad as one would think. I average around 16-17 MPG. I didn't put the size or the gas mileage on the cons list because those are to be expected. I knew what I was getting when I bought this vehicle so I'm not going to complain about it. With that said, I love my Tahoe! With leather seating, sunroof, DVD system w/ wireless headphones, BOSE system, towing package, OnStar, you name it, it has it! And all for $30,000! You gotta love this Employee Discount craze!
