What more needs to be said about this great american suv that hasn't already? It's big, beautiful, elegent, and american. As a father of 3, I couldn't imagine driving anything else. Mini-vans?...please. Small cross-over SUV? No thanks. Driving this around makes you feel proud to live in america.

I bought this SUV, traded my Toyota Sequoia in on it. This was a HUGE mistake. GM (Government Motors) and Toyota have to be on opposite ends of the spectrum with regard to room, comfort, power, and luxury.
I got rid of this anemic lemon before it hit 500 miles, back into a Toyota Sequoia. It does not surprise me now as to why GM needed a "bailout", they continue to produce sub par vehicles....read morehide

Some great features such as: ability to change from 6v to 4v when running on low RPM, wide rearview mirrors, great stereo system, very roomy, and powerfull engine.

Best SUV on the market! Love the added safety features i.e. the blind spot indicators located on the side mirrors. I am literally living proof that this truck is hands down, one of THE safest vehicles when involved in a crash....My 2008 Tahoe kept me alive twice!! Unfortunately, my first one was totaled a few months back, but last week my husband and I bought a brand new LTZ. For anyone who is thinking about purchasing an SUV, especially those who have small children, as I have three myself, I would definitely suggest looking at the Tahoe's. GM is stuck the 1980's with this old Design. It is hard to drive, Loud Road Noise. Awful Controls for Lights and Accesories. Now I know why GM keeps pushing their On-star
product. They have nothing good product-wise to offer. I can't believe some executives from GM havent driven a Lexus or BMW or even a Hyundai SUV. I recently drove a new Impala and was also surprised how bad the interior styling and performance was....read morehide

I love my tahoe and couldn't see myself buying any other SUV. I brought it for my wife and child for safe and easy to get around in. We go to the river and Las Vegas lot so the 4cyl 8cyl mode helps alot on fuel economy.
