Have had it a year, no problems. Reasonable room compared to my older Suburban. Nice power with the V8 and good highway mileage. Don't have the wind noise problems mentioned in other reviews.

- Roomy enough, free OnStar for a year
- WIND NOISE IS UNBEARABLE
I too am another reviewer who was lucky enough to get a trailblazer with excessive wind noise. Like a previous viewer stated, GM said it can't be fixed. They have no idea how to alleviate the noise. I've brought my vehicle in 3 times already. I can't take it any more. I've had my trailblazer for 6 months now and I think the noise is slowly driving me nuts. If if weren't for the wind noise, I would have absolutely no problem with the trailblazer. Everything else is satisfactory. Test drive, test drive, test drive. Make sure you go on a highway where you can drive at least a few miles above 40 mph....read morehide

- lots of space, build chevy tough, brute american muscle.
- low gear engine noise, trim level options, sound system
The EXT is a smooth highway cruiser and fully able to go off road with ease. you can load alot of stuff in this vehicle and head to the wildness. The vehicle feels heavy because it is heavy so steering may feel a little ackward for most, but you will get use to it. GM designed the vehicle to keep the driver in control of this big SUV and not get to OVER confident of their skills as an SUV owner. It forces you to drive in a safe manner. So you might have read about it skittish accident
avoidance behavior, that because most of your reviewers drive in a wreckless manner and don't like what Chevy has done for our protection in this family vehicle. FORCING YOU TO SLOW DOWN....read morehide

- great looks, super comfortable, excellent power for the size, good fuel economy, fantastic pricing
Excellent smooth ride!! I just love my SUV!!!!! I didn't know what to buy at first, but after seeing many other SUV's, when I finally sat and rode in the Trailblazer, I knew this was the ride I was looking for. I hate to leave my car. I want to just drive, drive and keep driving.

- It looks good. You can fit tons of stuff in the back with the ext model. Seats flip over easy.
- bad gas milege, had to have trany repaired twice already.
We test drove it for a day, took it home. After owning it for a while is where we noticed that the front cab is tight, because the people in the third row you barly use have all the space. The second row has less than the third. If you have kids in car seats in the second row, you better get ready for their complaints when dad drives and has to push his seat back. Terrialbe leg room in the second row. The onstar is great to have though. If you want room, get a mini van or a bigger truck, I gave my geeky mini van up for this and wish I never did....read morehide

- A beautiful vehicle! With the incentives I paid less than $25,000!
- The only knock is no floormats?! I hate that nickel and dime stuff.
After looking at the foreign choices, Pilot (Limited towing), Pathfinder (too small), Forerunner (too small and too expensive) I have bought my first American car since my 1998 Ram. So far so good but I am not going to count my chickens yet.

- Comfort, ride, roomy, all toys at your fingertips
- 0 - 40 underpowered, hard on fuel
Can haul a lot of goods. Plenty of room. Grand kids love the DVD player. Handles very well, especially on the highway. Plenty of power for highway driving.Everything at your finger tips. AC cools down in a hurry.

- Good fuel economy for this size of a vehicle. Love the free 12 month of onstar
- Wind noise is the only problem I can think of, not to bad
I love my 2005 Trailblazer EXT. I test drove several SUV's before making my final selection and the Trailblazer was the best choice I could have made. GM did good this time around.

- Roomy, features, comfort
- gas mileage,
We got our EXT with 6disk changer, leather, heated front seats, DVD, XM, Onstar, Driver Information Console and we love it. The last row is very roomy. I am over 6 feet tall and I have over 6 inches of knee room and plenty of head room. I also like the way the 2nd row seat reclines. This makes it even more comfortable.
I noticed some of the previous reviews talked about noice but we have not experienced any of that. It drives very well. We haven't had an opportunity to use the 4x4 yet. I would definately recommend this vehicle....read morehide
