Just picked up my 2009 Impala LT in black with rear spoiler and moonroof. I really like the new lower rocker appearance and am now glad I ordered the optional bodyside moldings which sharpen the exterior appearance. Was also glad that Chevy made ABS and traction control standard equipment. The 3500 211 HP V6 offers plenty of power and very good on gas if you don't go crazy on the go pedal. I am averaging 25 overall and have seen over 30 on the highway several times and it isn't even broke in yet. The interior is roomy and the rear flip and fold rear seat is a good idea. I do wish Chevy would give the bucket seats a littel more padding and side support for long trips however and where is the glovebox light? The car glides down the road very silently and the ride is firm without being harsh. overall i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend the Impala to any buyer looking for a great mid size value.
