- lots of room for a convert
- seat belt hard to reach, window buttons in a weird place,
Purchased As New
Bought this as a gift for myself, always wanted a convertible, but looking for one with room.
This car has room. Went to D.C. from Wisconsin and handled great with three big people and luggage. Lots of fun with the top down, has been in a few parades with it. I plan to put it on blocks when I hit 75,000 miles to save for the future. It is a great conversation piece anywhere I go with the top down. I plan to put a better stereo in it. I live in Northern Wisconsin and it handles better than any car I have owned in the snow, I don't know why but it does....read morehide

- The closest thing to a four seat sports car in anywhere near this price range.
- No cons yet, start an extended trip tomorrow with high hopes!
After many miles and much enjoyment in our Miata it is great to be able to take the Grandkids with us. Nothing but positive comments.

The Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible is a mediocre car. The 150 hp 4-cyl doesn't pack enough power the slightly heavier convertible top and equipment.

- Sporty looking car with good pep that has ample back seat room and roomy trunk space.
- Doors are heavy and sometimes hard to open.
We were pleased with the make of the car, it was the service and performance that turned us off to Chrysler. Our PT Cruiser convertible was a lemon that Chrysler was very hesitant to help us with. After it had been in the shop for the same problem 4 times, their engineer told the dealership to give it back to the customer, there was no problem. 2 days later, the 'check engine' light came on AGAIN. Chrysler finally took the car back, after we put up with constant problems for over 6 months. The design of the car is great though, a sporty little convertible that can easily fit 4 adults for a night on the town. Trunk space is suprisingly large, and it handles well. Were it not for the totally unacceptable customer service we recived from Chrysler, we'd still be driving a PT Cruiser Convertible, but instead chose to buy a Honda CRV. I will NEVER own another Daimler Chrysler product, and recommend to all of my friends to stay away from them as well....read morehide

I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR YESTERDAY AND IT IS INCREDIBLE. THE CLUTCH SHIFTS VERY SMOOTHLY. I RECOMMEND THIS CAR TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN AN ADORABLE CONVERTIBLE!
