- Beautiful exterior, MYGIG is a blast, excellent power, decent MPG, smooth ride
- Interior surfaces hard, small trunk w/top down, window stripping problem
I love this car and have received numerous compliments about its beauty, which is good because I had to drive 300 miles to find the right color/options combination. It is top-of-the-line with virtually every option available except the GPS (I guess they don't need navigation in Wyoming). Interior controls are handy, the upgraded MYGIG/Boston Accoustics sound system is fabulous. We now have approximately 1,200 songs on the hard drive virtually eliminating the need for the satallite radio that comes with the car. So fun! The ride is smooth and, with the retractable hardtop, is extremely quiet for a convertible. Turning radius is better than my '94 LeBaron. The trunk is good-sized (top up) or virtually non-existent (top-down) but does still allow for a couple of airline-sized bags when top is down. The stability control (ESP) is impressive in turns and brakes are more than adequate. My mixed MPG hovers between 21 and 25 (with the 3.5L V-6). If you're getting the hardtop, I would suggest getting a darker color (mine is the dark modern blue) as the darker colors help to hide the top seams. Only one problem so far; the windows retract slightly when the doors are opened and, in reverting back to their original position when the doors are closed, on the driver's side, the windown pinches the related rubber stripping creating a less-than-perfect seal. Passenger side works fine. Overall, I'm very happy with the car, though I've only had it for four months. There really weren't any suprises. I'd recommend it highly.
