- like almost everything about the car.
- all show no go. Acceleration sucks.

Classy, fun, good looking car with some nice features. Car does not hold its resale value as well as other cars in its class. This makes it a great value for someone looking for a nice used car for less $. That's why I bought it!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, THE TOP GOT STUCK 3 TIMES WHEN THAT HAPPENS IT LEAVE YOU STRANDED,AND THE DOORS LEAK IN A BAD RAIN STORM AND THE SEAT ARE UNCOMFORTABLE. I JUST SOLD IT WITH 24000 MILES ON IT. THANK GOD
DON'T BUY THIS CAR.

- average city mpg 24-26 Hwy...35-39
- Excelent ride...especially on a long trip

I have a 2008 Sebring Convertiable bought it used and have no complaints. Much value considering the price. I get many compliments on apperance. The top is completely automatic no clamps to tighten it down no boot covers...all taken care of when top is opened. The gas millage is as good or better then any economy car and lots of front seat room.Car has over 22,000 miles and absoultely no problems. Feels much larger then it is. Car is almost 4000lbs and rides like a dream. American cars have greatly improved..and this vehicle proves that....read morehide

- style & comfort
- a little noisy

I pruchased a 2006 used convertable with 24,000 miles as a second vechicle for my wife and I . We have had the car for a year now and really enjoy it. It gives us reasonably good gas mileage and is a 'fun car' for us to tool around in with the top down. We are both retired and drive it a limited amount of time. So far, no problems with anything on the car....read morehide

- confortable ride, rigid chassis, enjoyable and practicle roof system
- cheap plastic trim , noisy engine, dated transmission
Purchased As Used
I was looking for a genuine four seater at a reasonable price. VW Eoswas then out of the game as well as G6, as well as Saab and Volvo. The Toyota Solara was best alternative to the Sebring but I did not like the shaking of the car on bad pavement, the zero rear visibility and old top technology (engine and transmission were more refined than the Sebring 2.7 V6 though).
I was then directed to the Sebring limited but the price did not fit in my budget and I went to the touring trim. The comfort is very good. Adults can easily seat in the rear. Cheap plastics are the only negative but you get used to it!I had leather installed which improves the comfy feeling Road handling is good but this is a cruiser not a sport car.I find the chassis very rigid for a convertible which make the ride very nice even on bad roads ( I live in Quebec ). The car feels underpowered with the 2.7 liter in some conditions and relatively noisy for a V6 but it is not an real annoyance. The 4 speed transmission is dated but you still get low revs at 60 mph. I like the roof system and so far I had no problem with it. I went to a high pressured water car wash but no leak....read morehide

- The hard top convertible can't be beat in the market for value.
- The 2.7L 6cyl is a bit under-powered for driving in the mountains (I-70, Utah & Colorado).

Overall, one of the best cars I've ever owned or driven (I've had a combination of 20; domestic and foreign).
The VERY limited-production hard-top makes it hard to find a deal on one (they're snapped up pretty quickly). But, you can find a deal if you're patient.
Even with the top down, there's room in the trunk for quite a surprising bit of stuff. If you get a convertible, make sure you also get the windscreen. I doesn't look it would do anything but it really does work.
The only reason there's a back seat is so it isn't considered a sports car which would double insurance rates.
I've driven it from Las Vegas to Chicago and it was the best road trip of my life....read morehide

- EXCELLENT RIDE.
- THE BUTT WARMERS DON'T COME ON WITH THE AUTOMATIC START.
I HAVE A 2008 TOURING MODEL. I LOVE MY CAR. I RENTED ONE IN LAS VEGAS IN MARCH 2008. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR AND I HAD TO HAVE ONE. FEW DAYS AFTER I CAME HOME I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ONE. ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE.
IF I HAD A DIME FOR EVERYTIME SOMEONE COMMENTED ON IT I COULD GO BACK TO VEGAS AND STAY AWHILE.
IT IS SOOOO EXILARATING TO DRIVE MY SEBRING ESPECIALLY WITH THE TOP DOWN.
THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN CRUISING DOWN THE HIGHWAY WITH THE TOP DOWN AND PINK FLOYD CRANKED UP ON THE STEREO.
I NEVEFR KNEW A CAR COULD BE SOOOOO MUCH FUN TO DRIVE....read morehide

- Fuel economy ok for the type of car
- Loud engine noise.
Nicest car I have ever purchased. I never dreamed I would say that about a Chrysler. Had three toyotas. Great cars also. This is the second Chrysler Convertible I have owned. Had 2004 previous to this one and engine much quiter.
Same engine but '08 much noiser. Hope they do something about the engine noise for my next one. If not, I'll look elsewhere....read morehide

- Great looks, fun to drive, hard tonneau cover, comfortable seats
- cramped back seat, small trunk when top is down.
Mine is a 2008, which is identical to 2009, Touring model. I knew the back seat was more for show than using. The front seats just about touch the back seats when put all the wat back.
The overall fit and finish is excellent. The interior is classy but not flashy. The top is so easy to use-just push the button. The hard tonneau cover means there is no need to get out and struggle with putting on a boot to cover the retracted top. Very, very nice indeed.
I am very impressed with how solid this car feels when driving over bumps or on twisting roads.
We were treated very well by the Chysler dealer in Nampa, Idaho.
My wife also loves driving it, and she looks really cute in it!...read morehide

I'm not sure if my opionion matters since thur the luxury of reseving this car thru a rental co. Boy, did it drive well! Great traction control, fast and sportif. It was very comfortable and provides a luxurious feel. Now, I didn't get a chance to observe experience with all of the bells and whistles but my overall long distance ride was great! I would recommend it!...read morehide
