Bought our LX Town & Country new and with 108K miles on it, it still runs and drives good and is dependable. We had to replace some of the front suspension bushings and the rack. The 2nd winter we had, we got a foot of snow that was never removed from highway we commute on for a week. With so much snow on the road, it formed into frozen speed bumps! That caused damage to front suspension, hitting a 6 to 10 inch bump over-and-over for thirty miles. That was IDOT hard at work!

Never used the 75K power train warranty. The rack was replaced at about 90K under the extended warranty. Had one power mirror motor and an electronic control box in the engine compartment replaced.

I changed oil/filter regularly and the transmission fluid and filter every 30K. The engine purrs, the transmission shifts like it should. We get 23-25 mpg. driving about 60-62 mph on highway. About 18-19 mpg in town. This one looks and drives like new yet with 108,000 miles on it. Would consider taking it on cross-country trip any time. Fantastic for hauling people and comfy too! Great van for the $. No need to buy an imitation, wannabe Jap-mobile! These are the best mini-van on the market, which why the Japs can't compare in fit, finish, design or inovation. Of course there are a lot of people who have to follow the latest fashion trend, which is to not support our own industrial base and buy a Jap or Korean car, van or truck. Be smart, be patriotic and get your head out of your a$$, buy from the Big 3....read morehide
