- Pros
- A great reliable vehicle. Well constructed
- Cons
- Would like a larger GPS screen
Purchased As New
This vehicle is an excellent buy for the money. I find that the ride is as good and in many cases better than a expensive car. The gas mileage is excellent for the type of vehicle. It does not wear the driver out on a long distance drive. I am truly suprised at the power available in the engine, the transmission is smooth and reliable. In the past I have owned a Honda van, it was quite good but it does not come close to the available accessories and the overall price of the Chrysler....read morehide

- Pros

- Cons
- padding in rear seats (ok for kids)

We live in Dallas and have taken this car on 3 cross country trips (2-3 thousand miles each) in many weather conditions with 100% reliability and comfort.... I like the looks and the power.... When we bought it I got a great deal as compared to other mini vans we looked at... Since the car depreciate fast do not buy at or near MSRP - they will deal.... Happy so far!...read morehide

I bought my 2011 Town and Country for $32,000 new.Now at 39,000 kms(1 year and 6 months),this van was never been to my dealer for any repairs at all(except for my 6 months regular oil change).Mine is a Touring model only but with lots of luxury:remote starter, push button starter, rear camera, intelligent key ( no need to bring out my fob or key from my pocket to close or open the van),satellite radio, power sliding door and liftgate, power all six windows,..and powerful 3.6V6 Engine at 283 HP and 6 speeds transmission....read morehide

- Pros
- 2012 has stow&go seats, so far the electronic equipment is great
- Cons
- Ride, Ride, Ride.
Purchased As New
From the outset the ride was awful--rear end bucked and rough. Chrysler dealer's service department tried at first, no solution, a complaint to the customer satisfaction department was futile and demeaning, they claimed that all 2012's rode like that--end of the issue. Finally with 20000 miles and lowering pressure of tires, the ride improved but the transmission began to jerk and there was a clunking in the front. The dealer adjusted the transmission and tightened the front and the awful, bucking, twisting ride returned. Their claim now--NOTHING THEY DID. As a 30-year Chrysler customer--this is my first disappointment with Chrysler!...read morehide

- Pros
- The ride is unbelivable. Comfort at its best!
- Cons
- None

This is our second Town and Country. We traded up from the Touring which we had for 5 years with no repairs at all to the Limited. The Limited is a beautiful example of American craftmanship. I would reccomend this Van to anyone looking to travel in class.

- Pros
- fair car not worth the money
- Cons
- Uconnect touch is terrible
Purchased As New
Do not waste your money on the uconnect touch screen gps. For 1/4 the money you can buy a high end hand held. You can only save favorite locations by city (using where am I) and if you search for something by address you can only save it by street name. If you want two different locations on the same street you are out of luck. When I asked the dealer why the gps is not like in the owners manual he said that it is only for demonstration purposes and not how the system really works. Customer support says to call Garmin
The car has 2,000 miles and I already have transmission problems...read morehide2 out of 8 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Great fuel economy
- Cons
- Poor materials in product
Purchased As New
We had a 2009 we bought new. I had great leg room in the front and the stow a go seats were great. After two years I needed new plugs, wires, and battery. On a trip to Fl we were stranded in Tn for a day because of a pinhole leak in a molded plastic fitting for the trans. cooling line. It seems that Chrysler used extemely cheap parts. After 11 Chrysler cars this was my last....read morehide

- Pros
- very comfortable and well appointed
- Cons
- reliability is the issue, some rattles

Traded in my T&C 2009 because of continuing brake issues, excessive tire wear , and repeating issues with the starter and wiring harness in the door.I now have a 2013 T&C with 2300 ,yes TWENTY THREE HUNDRED MILES, THAT BLEW THE TRANSMISSION 7.5 HOURS FROM HOME ON A SUNDAY NIGHT.
Chrysler dealer gave me a rental van on Monday afternoon from Enterpise and sent us home while they REBUILT my transmission.
Chrysler will not pay for the hotel, meals,or fuel to make the 1000 mile,14 hour round trip to retrieve my van. They will not ship it .Two weeks old and this is going to cost me $5-6hundred out of pocket plus work lost. Wife missed 1 day work and I will miss 2. They do not care....read morehide2 out of 3 people found this review helpful.

- Cons
- Believe it or not no cons!

We have purchased 3 of these (2001, 2006, 2011) vehicles
over the years and can only praised them. The 2001 is now
being driven by my niece, has well over 100,000 miles, and
has presented no mechanical problems. They have all been
economical, attractive, comfortable, and very practical.5 out of 5 people found this review helpful.
