2008 Dodge Avenger User Reviews
- $8,118 - $11,249
- american car, beautiful body styling, good fuel economy
- white cloth headliner picks up dirt and is easily stained
i bought my averger almost two weeks ago and i'm loving it.
a lot of people have said negitive things about this car and, the company that makes it, but i can speak from experience this is my second chysler product. i drove a 2000 neon for eight years with no engine or transmission trouble no major problems at all, only regular maintenance that you would preform on any vehicle to keep it in running conduction. after eight year of every day transportation i traded off the neon for my new avenger with
every thing still working. chrysler makes good long lasting products. before that neon i had a toyota for six years with a bad engine, and the a/c broken more times than i can count. i got a great value and a really nice car....read morehide

- More car for the money, with looks, comfort, price not found in Toyota or Honda
- I bet Toyota and Honda are not customers of the rental car. Why? PRICE!
IF THE COMPETITION IS DOING SO WELL, WHY BOTHER WITH THE AVENGER. JUST PLAIN COMMON SENSE! The fact of the matter is the Avenger is doing so well that the dealer next door sees that it is taking away sales from them. Let it be said that because of price, style, ride and customer's wanting a change spark them to go with Dodge. The problems with hesitation and bad transmission are not going away as Toyota assumed, so with Honda's false fuel consumption ads and rattles....read morehide

- Handles Great , Amazing Take off
- Should Be A Little Lower
This car is one of the best cars I have ever been In ... but it would be much better if you sat lower to the ground. Great body lines but the height of the car just doesnt go with it. Lowering it about 3inches would make a huge Difference in the look of the car. With the 2.7 I was a little daffled on why you would use one of the worst Rated engines that mopar has built do to egine sludge blowing the engine.... but no problems yet im very happy with this car . I cant wait to see whats next from the guys at Mopar....read morehide

Who said Dodge couldn't make sedans. Dodge got the Avenger right. This vehicle is way better than my previous Ford Fusion.

- The best on gas. Rides like the wind.
- Catches a lot of mud when driving.
If you want a car that is not to big but not to small, and great fuel economy. Trust me this is the best for you. I have a son and he goes to school and brags about his dad's car. I just bought one and its the best, everything on this car is good.

- Nice styling, good mileage, comfortable, right size, reasonable price
- Color combination like the Dodge charger.
The styling is like the Dodge Charger, but little smaller. The comfortable ride is supple, performance is good, mileage is excellent and price right. The color combination should be like the Charger with flat black on hood and trunk because from afar, it looks like the bigger Charger with a fuel efficient engine....read morehide

- It's all about the price for the money or money's worth, IT'S THE AVENGER!
- Toyota and Honda doesn't give options for free, you pay for everything.
Before I bought the Avenger, I tried to compare cars; Toyota, Honda and Nissan. The Japanese cars did not have the all wheel drive and still cost a lot to be paying. I decided to buy the Avenger because I need the AWD when snow season comes again. More safe and secure!
