- Looks, performance, cargo capacity
- Refine interior and update navigation for speed and accuracy, dealer network
Purchased As New
I have owned MBZ, Lexus, Porsche and Infiniti exclusively. This vehicle, however, has blown me away. I bought the top of the line Citadel -an attractive upscale vehicle with large cargo capacity and an optional V8 for towing.
Completed our first road trip towing a motorcycle drama free. Very comfortable. Several drivers along the way pointed to the vehicle and gave a thumbs up. We avg 19 MPH+ on the highway. Passed slower traffic with ease.
Handles with minimal body lean or sway. The Citadel has all the bling of a Denali or Escalade without the steep price.
Improvements might be for a single front/center console- like the Jeep. Also, upgraded Navigation- this one is a tad slower and a bit more combersome than the system found in Acura or Infiniti. Lastly, dealer network is clearly the weak link. Many are run down. Sales and service were of little help with learning about the vehicle. I suggest you do your research on line with reviews and videos- there are plenty.
Overall great vehicle. I highly recommend it....read morehide
