Purchased As New
Bought the 2013 Durango new in January. After a mere 8 months, and a typical U-Turn, the drive shaft started making noises. Took doing a couple trips to the dealership to convince them there was a problem. Had to ask the technician to do a ride-along, since the computer didn't read an error. When they said it was the drive shaft, and that it had almost completely gave out and the safety risks associated with a drive shaft going bad completely, I realized purchasing the Durango was a mistake.
On top of that, it took them a full month to get it fixed. There I was, making payments on it, and couldn't even drive it. Never again.
