Brakes keep squeaking

I have had my car for 4 months now. Had 31k miles when I got it. I really enjoy my car, but the brakes make this loud squeaking noise when I stop. I have taken it back, but they claim everything is okay with the car and they don't know why it is making that noise. It is very good on gas and I really enjoy the room. Truck space is excellent. I have a 6 cyl and has great speed. Handles very well steering. If I could just get rid of this annoying noise problem....read morehide

Very good ride, comfortable seats, and an excellent automatic gearbox. The 2.4l engine is perfect

I have had bad luck in the past but this takes the cake. I have owned my car 3 months bought it with 53 miles on it and took it on vacation with 4000 miles on it and at 9341 miles on it and 651 miles from home it broke down outside Sheridan, Wyoming. The warranty paid for the tow but no one can find out whats wrong so far and i had to leave it for 2 weeks so far because no way to get it home....read morehide

Have had my SXT sedan for about a year, and it has been nothing short of incredible! Has a modern look for a sedan that still turns heads. The changes was a set of Yokohama tires and upgraded shocks before taking it on a road trip soon after buying it, and my wife wanted one of her own. For a daily driver, it's fun, spirited, and a joy to drive. Excellent car for the price....read morehide

transmission chatter

My wife purchased this car, she thought it looked nice. It had 24,985 miles on it when I sent it to the shop for the transmission chatter when going into gear and banging into low gear when coming to a stop. I spent two hours at the dealer where they had to do a computor update for the trans. The Technician said drive it for 500 miles and after that if it takes the update it should be ok. Well the first 500 miles went well, and now it's doing the same thing. I will now make another appointment for this 2006 auto. I Have owned a 1991 Plymouth voyager with the 4 cyl engine that I bought new in Germany and used it for 11 years, drove it from the East Coast to the Gulf Shores to the West Coast to the Great Pacific Northwest and back to the East coast during those 11 years and it had never let me down. I finally traded it in and have not been statisfied since. Chrysler really needs to work this out on the Stratus, there were several people with the same problem getting their cars worked on. I'm just wondering how many Stratus owners are having the same problem?...read morehide

I had a Mercedes C320 prior to owning this car....My Dodge is outstanding in every aspect....would not trade it for anything else......more comfortable to drive than any other car....

I purchased this car about a month ago. I'm a college student and this is the perfect car for students. It is roomy enough to carry my things to and from school. Its great on gas on the highway. my model is very noisy and people tend to look back when i drive by, but then again i am cute so...

good car for starting out, but wouldnt suggest for tall people, my dad is 6'4 and personally im glad he almost cant fit cause that means i can go and be alone. very cute
