- Very good looks for a Dodge! Needs better fuel econoy, though. But wow! THE POWER!
- Big price, and ride needs a bit looser suspension. Well, that's all that I can find!
The Dodge Viper is a current pop culture icon. It's everywhere, from movies (Wanted), video games (Gran Turismo series, Need for Speed), and scale models. Sometimes I find it hard to judge a car because most of the time an automobile I judge is a turkey dinner (Aztek, anyone?). But the all new Dodge Viper SRT-10 is for say, a dessert cherry pie. No matter with these silly writings. The Dodge V10 engine is a bit outlandish for a sub-muscle car, but who cares when you can zooooooooooooom from 0-60 in 3.2 seconds (Tested on closed course, do not attempt.)? Well, I sure as heck do. I am a performance guy. I generally do not care about looks of a car, but if it can go 0-60 in 3.2 seconds, it's my car, not yours. Get at the end of the line. Simply awestruck am I to see that Dodge has matured so well in the car segment as this car has proved. Yes, it's a two seater, but LOOK at the thing! LOOK at the engine! I rest my peace. Dodge wanted to build a muscle machine, but ended up with pure venom.
