2007 Ford Escape Hybrid User Reviews
- No trim specified for this review
- Smooth CVT with electric/gas combination. Decent performance
- Not enough airbags ('07), clumsy nav. sys. tire/road noise
Gas mileage avg. 31 city/hwy. Comfortable ride; I am a big man (235 lbs.) yet this car has ample room and storage capacity for my needs. Very happy with this car.
Decent ride; quality is good. Dealer is very anxious to see that I am a well satisfied customer. Audiophile sound system w/ CD changer is OK though not spectacular; road noise sometimes muffles sound. Navigation system is difficult to use as maps are not preloaded; very small viewing screen. Get a Garmin or TomTom nav. system!
I understand cabin insulation has been improved for 2008 Escapes. Road noise should be reduced. However, my 2007 Escape Hybrid is still a very good car overall and an excellent investment except for the nav. system..
