Recently I returned from a trip from Los Angeles to Montana, returning through Reno down the 395. During that 3000+ mile trip I average 29.8 mpg. I travel off road to fly fish and this hybrid does it all when on forestry roads. I've never had a problem in 60k miles, the ride is what I expected and the comfort in line with the price. Perfect for solo trip, taking a friend and plenty of room in back seats when I feel like toting the crowd plus equipment. Sunroof is a must and it works perfectly. Though it isn't really an american built car, since most parts are made off shore, I still am supporting the factories here on USA soil who put it all together.
Now I hear they will no longer be making this car in hybrid. I hope I'm wrong cuz if that's the case... I'm moving on to whom ever builds another hybrid that gets me 30 mph.
