Purchased As New
I had this car for two days before I was rear ended. I took my car into a certified Ford dealership and was told that I needed a new floor pan, which is a major part of the car that other parts build onto. However, this part is currently out of stock everywhere in the U.S. and is not in production. Ford cannot tell me when a part will be available, nor will they help me with a rental car or my lease payments on my undriveable car. My car has been in the shop for nearly a month. I would have never bought this car had I known Ford would be unable to fix it.
