- What a great rig, I wish they still made them, I would buy a new one.
- Sometimes parking is a pain, it seems like spaces are being made smaller in new parking lots.
Purchased As New
In 2002 I bought this vehicle to haul myself & my teenage sons, including their friends snowboarding. With studs on all four tires, this rig will haul everyone, wherever we wanted to go, with no problems what-so-ever.
I added a dual entertainment center so both a movie and a video game could be played by the boys on separate TV screens, while I listened to my favorite music.................and talk about space ! What a joy to have room for all the snow gear for 6-8 people, including refreshments.
The only repair I have had occured in 2007 with about 80,000 miles. The 'cam sensor' went bad and I had to be towed and have it replaced. The cost was less than $500.
In 2008 I received a recall notice for the cam sensor from Ford and took my rig to the local dealership. They made sure that the repair had been completed properly and within 10 days I had a full reimbursement check for the $500 that I had spent the year before......God Bless America and Ford Motor Company.
What a great vehicle.................and by the way it is now Sept 2010, I have 102,000 miles and still no other problems and I get 16 miles to the gallon so I feel it is very economical as well. Absolutly the best rig I have ever owned......did I mention that it will tow whatever you put behind it....read morehide
