- Awesome fuel economy for a porker, baseline Limited is luxuriously appointed

My dad rented this car when his 06 Explorer was in the shop for a new tailgate, and I got a few chances to ride in it. I looked curiously a few times at the average fuel economy rating, and it said "15.4 MPG." I was secretly going "Whoa, mama!" I was also suprised because rental agencies always buy the lowest-end cars, whether they're the lowest of the low or highest of the high. I was amazed of the amount of standard features on the Limited. The heated/air conditioned seats just wowed me, as did the 6-disc CD changer and the beautiful wood trim. But more than once I tried to adjust the air because it was 90+ degrees outside, and I inadvertantly turned the heater on. That sent me scurrying to the glove compartment to find the manual. And at a stoplight, when the light turned green, I saw all the cars around me and I was shouting at the little elves in the engine, "speed up!!!!" But all in all, this is a pretty good car, as long as you take time to adjust to the acceleration and the air conditioning.
