Purchased As New
We owned one of these for a total of three weeks. We bought it brand new from a certified ford dealership. At first we loved the vehicle we had bought but as the first week progressed we ran into many problems. We had to put a new passenger mirror and tailight in due to condensation build up, the my ford touch navigation system was shot after a week, not only to mention was it slow. The next week the backup camera went and the heat in the back worked on a rare ocassion. This suv or "crossover" was the worst vehicle we could have ever bought, our neighbours had one too, there's lasted a whole five weeks. Needless to say we are now driving a 2012 dodge ram 1500 laramie with all the fixings. Buyers be warned your getting yourself into a sticky situation by purchasing one of these heaps of junk. Not only that look at the value they are not holding value like we were told they were. In my mind do not even look at this suv look the other way and find something else, they are not worth your time or money.
