Wow---where to start? I bought this car with my husband a year ago because I fell in love with all the features and the look of the vehicle.
Nothing works correctly. The sync system, which is one of the car's big selling points, is positively worthless. My car has been in the shop SEVEN times in the past year--and the last time, the Certified Ford Mechanic told me the problem may be because I have too many contacts in my Iphone.
The clock doesn't work, the voice system doesn't work, the navigation system doesn't work, and the radio turns itself off and freezes all the time because I have 700 contacts in my phone. It has never worked since we bought the car!!!
I do love the button activated third row seat--it's the best thing about this car. But spending $50,000 for an automatic third row seat seems a wee bit excessive.
And Ford customer service is a joke. I finally started emailing the Ford headquarters with my problems because nothing was getting done and I've never even gotten so much as a note response. When it got recalled for a maintenance last week and I made an appointment and brought it in, my Ford dealership informed me I was suppose to have ordered the part.
WHAT???? The car gets recalled and I was suppose to order the part???
I will NEVER EVER buy a Ford anything again--their support on their new lemon of an SUV is lousy and they couldn't care less. Read some more reviews on this vehicle--there's already several class actions lawsuits against Ford for this SUV for the same problems I've had....which you will also have if you buy this piece of fecal matter.
