Purchased As Used
Had a 2011 that at cruise control on 74 mph hit a deer .,merely a scratch with all airbags deployed car totaled. Bought second one right away. Transmission went out within first month with 32 thousand miles on it .Have been stranded in Ca. since Dec 11th while dealership took 3 weeks to diagnose problem. New tranny ordered and still waiting with zero help from several calls to ford consumer help line. No transmissions available because of a large number going bad. Help desk never once did the regional Ford rep follow protocol and get back to us. We are now on 6th week away from home and no end in sight with no help from Ford .
