- Cons

We traded in our gas guzzling Saab SUV for this and couldn't be happier, we get 14 more MPG and at $4.19/gallon, that's a lot of extra $ in our pockets, car is very up to date on current styling and technology, looks great, drives great.

- Pros
- Smooth Ride, Great Handling,
- Cons
- SYNC System Compatability with HHD, Sony Sound System
Purchased As Used
All in All a fun car to drive, smooth quiet and Reliable. The factory Deck is amazing with Blue Tooth hands free USB all in one with SIRUS radio and 6 CD Slots. The only thing that was a dissapointment was the average quality of the Sony Speakers. for the Price it's better to stick with the stock sound system or buy aftermarket instead of the Sony Speakers. The car has a Sport Luxury feel to it and can realy perform well Under Agressive Handling. The Track Control system is top Notch. So the Only other thing I would change is Put the ecoboost 3.5 TT engine in it for the Sport model....read morehide

- Pros
- Great MPG, Feels sporty, Good power for a 4-cylinder, Nice style.
- Cons
- Challenged up the steeper grades, trunk space small, head clearance slightly lacking but manageable

Bought it preowned at 19,000 miles. A wonderful vehicle. Got 36.5/mpg on my first roady and it ran great. Seats extremely confortable. Warranties still valid. SYNC system is a great feature. I never owned a 4-banger that feels so much like a sporty car. I'd recommend the I4 SE to anyone.

Third ford vehicle I've purchased new (2002 F-150 SuperCrew, 2008 Expedition EL) in the last 10 years. My F-150 was in the Ford service shop so I walked around Ford's new car lot and looked at cars and decided to test drive the Fusion. I drove two models, a 2011 I4 SEL and a 2010 V6 Sport FWD. I loved the performance of the Sport V6 but really wanted the slightly better fuel economy of the I4 SEL. In the end performance won out over economy. I'm pleased to say that I'm averaging 22 MPG daily with mixed city and highway driving and I've seen up to 33 MPG on the highway. I'm very pleased with this car and would highly recommend it to all....read morehide

- Pros
- Good fuel economy Great body
- Cons
- does not seat 6

I was not intending to buy any car let alone this one. I just took it for a spin and that was it. I bought the car from Toyota. They wanted me to purchase a 2011 Toyota Corolla and after driving the Fusion it was no contest. I had to have it. So it was that car or nothing.

- Pros
- comfortable ride, fun to drive, good stereo
- Cons
- advantrack, body finish

Needed a bigger car for bigger kids. Drives nicely, much more comfortable than the Hondas I've been driving for ten years, and cheaper than buying an Accord. Ford has been touted as having such high quality now, and I relished the idea of actually buying an American car that I could feel good about. However, my reservations are being realized this winter. The grill has a silver plastic which is delaminating, the weatherstripping on the rear windshield is coming off, and my service advanctetrack is on, which effectively means I have no traction control or ABS. I live in the Appalachians, so in additon to snow and ice, we also have the hills to contend with, most importantly, my driveway and the road I live on which is not state maintained. Been trying to get the problem resolved for three weeks, the parts are now in, but I still have to wait another several days to get it repaired, since I have to work and am not being offered a rental so that I can leave it for repair. The factory tires could be better also, it has Michelin Pilots, and I was initially very happy to have Michelins, but seeing the neighbor's Impala pull into our hill lot easily while my Fusion can barely make it, if at all at time, is a bit disconcerting. Was very happy with my purchase back in the summer, but will definitely be buying studded tires next winter and hoping the advancetrack and body hold up after the warranty has expired. My car has about 21000 miles right now, and next winter, my warranty will be gone....read morehide

V6 SEL FWD wasn't an option to select, but that's the one I proudly own. I traded a Toyota product for the Ford Fusion. This vehicle takes sporty stance in a family sedan. Ford really engineered it right when it comes to easy steering, quiet engine, and blocking out the road noise. Who cares that the resale value is higher than Camry, Accord or anything Gov't Motors offers, I won't ever resell my Fusion. If you offered me the money, I'd take you to Woody Anderson of Madison and hand you to Sales Rep. Joe Mullins, and he'd be sure you got the exact color you wanted. The saying should be changed to "Drives like a Fusion"....read morehide

- Cons
- Big Blind Spots

I bought my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport about a year and a half ago, and I STILL love my car! She's a beautiful Tuxedo black metallic! I love it! It's a little hard to keep clean in the winter, but I cope. When I go the car I had no problems with it, and still have had very few, and the ones I did have were almost immediately fixed under warranty. I have never had the transmission problem, and hope to never have it. I have less than 10,000 miles on my car, as I dont drive it a whole long way to work. I would reccomend this car to ANYONE with its wonderful handling and great looks. My gas mileage isn't too shabby for lots of stop signs in a short amount of space....read morehide
