It bears a striking resemblance to the 1967 Mustang 390GTA I owned. I would perfer a design more along Corvette lines.

it's a good car to drive if you can own one of them and fill the rush.

- Style, amenities/comfort, power.
- Hard plastic surfaces could use refinement, greedy dealerships
This car is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great style meets fantastic performance. Lots of nay sayers who have not driven this car will complain about the live axle but I can tell you comming from a double wishbone independant rear suspension car, you would never know unless you looked under the car. It launches like no other V8 powered sport car I've ever driven. Tires chirp briefly then dig into the pavement to thrust your bottom deeply into the nicely designed leather seats, thrusting you to post highway speeds instantaniously and without any drama. I had to settle for the 5 speed auto, but the more I drive it, the more I like it. Responsive sharp up shifts that give you a smooth constant forward thrust until you let up on the throttle. No lag between gears at all.
My only complaint other than my dealership headaches, is the hard plastic parts and the plastic shift lever. They could use some refinement. As far as American cars go, this is a very nice interior but I would highly suggest the interior upgrade package.
the 500 watt shaker system is far more stereo than anyone needs. The 6 cd in dash mp3 capable sounds really great. I'm no audiophile so I'm sure it will not meet some peoples needs but as far as I'm concerned it is really very nice with great sound.
The leather seats are top notch, power everything and a very solid overall feel.
Pannel gaps are straight and tight.
The dual exhaust is probably the best I have ever heard stock.
Supprisingly nice oem tires! They are all season ofcourse but the perelli p-zeros are pretty highly rated and grip very well.
The ride is maybe stiff compared to a family sedan but feels just about right for a sports car thats meant to be a daily driver. Over uneven pavement the ride remains comfortable.
The back seats will be useless for adults except for short trips. My drivers seat in my most comfortable position is right up against the back seat. Not a problem for me, but people wanting to tote the kids or friends around might want to look elsewhere.
If your looking for a beatiful car to have fun in and also drive to work every day, look no further your Mustang is here....read morehide

- I love driving this car and for the money its a steal. I get thumbs up all the time and heads turn
- At this time I have no cons.
I was a 03 Mach-1 owner and this 05 GT tops the Mach-1. I chosse the 5 speed and love to control the tach and feel this car perform as I go through the gears.

- Good on cornering, Appearance, and overall Customer Satisfaction.
- It does not come with 18 inch wheels until late 2005
Great Car, Looks Great and Runs Great. Just what I had been waiting for. All My neighbors came over and looked at it. I took it to my job and two of my friends went out to the dealership and bought one each for themselves. The interior looks awsome with the upgrade I got. You could feel the difference with the extra horsepower Ford added. It beats all other previous mustangs in everything. Now if I could only have time to take it to the track....read morehide
