- Beautiful car - get's lots of second looks!
- Who put this car together???
Fire the engineers. While I'm totally smitten with my car, it's been in the shop four times now for the driver-side door. At first, it'd drag on the striker bar, and they moved it. THEN it started making this horrendous metallic scraping sound when you'd open the door all the way. I'm still not done with the dealership and actually have taken a break from taking it to the shop. Very frustrating.
ON THE UP SIDE: I love this car. It rides smooth, and when you put the top down, you really don't need the boot cover - they've changed the way the top lays down. I'd definitely recommend this car - Just check everything out before you drive it home....read morehide

i love my car! it's beautiful and fun. but i've only have it for a month. and it's been in the shop 5 times! it must have been a lemon,or something. but the dealership won't take it back. they have fixed though, because well it was the gas tank 4 times and the shifter once. but other than that it needs a little bit more room.maybe it'd be easier if there was the fold out doors; similar t oa mazada 4 door coupe.that would be great!!!...read morehide

- Fast, Fun, Get ALOT of looks in mine, handles great can really get up in go whenever you need to
- head rest isn't comfy if you don't recline the seat a little, low visibility in rear view mirror
The car handles so much better than my 93. It's gotta sweet second gear. The traction control is very nice to have and doesn't entrude very often except when you really need it, and you can turn it off when you want to get crazy, which i haven't done yet. The traction control doesn't slow the car down like it does in my girls acura 3.2TL. The V6 has plenty of power but not to much, she can get you in trouble with the law but I find myself driving rationally in the 05 which is very unlike me. She runs smooth and doesn't feel the bumps unlike the foxbody 93, the 05's turning Radius is much better as well. A few complaints though, the headrests will take alot of getting used to, she hates going into reverse just like my 93, it isn't in first for long so you have a lot of clutch work if your in traffic, and the convertible top takes its time going up or down....read morehide

- nice ride, beautiful Mustang styling. comfortable, good power at the high RPM gas milaage good
- maybe bigger mirrors all around. Auto tranny is really slugish at mid range RPM. Go with 5spd.
I really think this is great car, I would probably go with the 4.0L ,5 speed in basic form. Don't bother with the stero up-grades you can't hear it anyway. I sort of see this car as a big Miata, but with somewhat useable trunk and a great back seat that can handle legless children or a large suite case if you drop the top. Some concerns about trim quality, the black pastic covers in the trunk around the tail lights already has failed. Fire the designer. It's pretty simple to hold a piece of plastic to a piece of metal! This is not 1964 1/2....read morehide
