Wow.....if you want a great riding car with a `sporty` interior, you have to drive the Ford Taurus. Mine is a 2012 SEL that is `tuxedo black` (sparkles in the sun) and is just beautiful. Have always wanted a black car and do I ever love it! Have taken it on a few long road trips and it is such a joy to drive.
Ford has come a long way with the new Tauruses. You really need to drive one of these if you are in the market for a car that comes with some great standard features that you pay so much for on other cars....read morehide

Its to bad that Ford ran out of paint when they painted my 2012
Taurus SEL Ginger ale , they forgot to paint under the hood, check yours out , mine is just primer. i guess thats how they build them now.

Traded in a loaded 2009 Fusion for 2012 Taurus in May and NO regrets. ACtually paid less for the Fusion with discounts. Rides like a dream, very powerful engine with lots of get up and go. Gotta watch the speed, because you are flying before you know it! Best sound system around and the SYNC works much better my old Fusion did because she can actually understand my Southern accent! We love this car. We took a trip and found it almost to relaxing, had to switch drivers as it would put you to sleep it is so smooth rideing. Would buy a nother one.

This car exceeded my expectations. Seats are very comfortable and the car is very quiet. We took it on a 1400 mile road trip and easily got 30mpg on the freeway. Love the sound and navigation systems.

I traded in my 04 TL Acura for a 2011 Taurus, after 3 months of driving I keep hearing rattling in the passenger door. After repeated attempts with Ford trying to repair, I traded in for the 2012 Taurus 4 months later now I'm having a problem with the left rear door that will not open. Ford says its the door actuator and will be replacing it once the part comes in, but will that stop the air tunnel I have coming in from the door also. Once this car is out of the red it's going to some dealer for a trade in. Love the car design but no impressed with ride....read morehide
