Help Ford, my dealer is not helping

Pros:My Super Crew is great looking, good space for my kids.
Cons:My 07 F150 Crew has 1,900 miles and i have turn on radio to drown out loud engine knock.

I took my truck twice to my dealer so the techs could hear the engine knock and they said the knock is normal with ...
