It is a show stopper. Ours was tan with brick leather interior. Lots of nickle and dime issues with it though. Back lift door would unlatch for no reason. Factory fixed. Evaporator went out of the AC. It took a week and both front seat plus the dash and steering column pulled before they could get to the part. That's when I told them to find me something else.
Wife still likes the model, though, so we may be back in one soon. Got a Buick Lucerne CXS. Lots of power and luxury, but still not an SUV....read morehide

Air Conditioner does not handle extreme conditions, could use a touch more power.

We purchased a 2010 SLT and we are thrilled with this car. We live overseas and find that the car meets almost all of our needs. We can take kids or fill the trunk with things. The GPS feature is easy to navigate. The car gets reasonable gas milage for size. I am sure the car could handle the climate of the USA, but we find usually about 115 to 120 degrees, the AC has to cycle on and off. Even with this, we would buy it again. 44k and NO NAVIGATION! typical GM over priced and nothing separates that from a other lesser models! I've been looking for a mid sized suv and came across this. looks great but toyota,kia, have better models and more bang for the buck at this price point.

first time around for this ---seat belts are a little hard to hook upl feel safe inside the cabin, quite and quick to get on the go , no hesitation!

This car really fit my budget, gas mileage requirement, passenger needs and styling. With the way my economics is and the requirements I had for a new car, I had intended to hold out for 2 yrs before purchasing (that way I could free up more money for the car that would fit my requirements). My daughters car was totaled so I was looking for her, it car allowed me to give my daughter our car and we get this one. Great car. Purchased the FWD, version with the SLT2 package. Many bells and whistles. Almost too many buttons in the center console, but after a few months driving they are second nature. The Bose sound system is great, but having to listen to the kids DVD's can be a drag. Maybe it does allow for both music and a DVD, but I can't figure out how to make that work. Folding 3rd and 2nd row seats is very nice. The second row bucket seat option is great, but a childs seat / baby seat takes quite a bit of work to get in correct. Heads up display is very nice and the controls on the steering wheel are great.

The biggest disappointment is the poor gas mileage. We get around 14 mpg, in the city (mainly short trips though) and have roughly 3500 miles on the car. Highway mileage has been around 18, going 65 mph. Both mileage figures on the sticker are overstated more than usual....read morehide

This is a great vehicle. Has great aceleration. The ride is extremely smooth and comfortable. Love the looks of this SUV.
