Purchased As New
GMC lied to me from the second I walked in to that dealership. They told me it would get 22 city 26 to 30 highway. I have had this truck 14 months and have never gotten any where near that. The transmission jumps and knocks, I took it to GMC they had my vehicle for six days. The man called me to pick up my truck, when I arrived he said there is nothing wrong with your truck, and by the way we want you to pay for the rental car. I was so mad I went to Toyota wanting to trade it in that same day. The day I bought my truck all the people were so nice and sweet, wanting to do everything for me, but the second I drove off that lot and all the papers were signed it was all over. This truck has had three recalls so far one for the tire pressure indicator, one is for the oil life meter, and one is for the air bag. This truck is not worth what I paid and I am so unhappy with the service department. I regret buying this vehicle, if I had it to do all over I would have bought a Toyota Sequia. Also for anyone considering buying one of these trucks GMC will tell you the oil should be changed every 6,000 miles, and these trucks only take full synthetic oil. I would never wait 6,000 miles to change the oil in any vehicle, it should be every 2,500 to 3,000 do not fall for it.
