Purchased As New
I bought my Denali new. The heated seats do not always work nor have they from day one. I have to turn of vehicle and restart to reboot the heated seats. Hatch does not have a key entry and have on several occasions had the hatch and window not unlock so I had to pull my work equipment over the third seat. Very frustration. Now although the lights and sounds and doors lock then back hatch and window will not lock. The hatch does not have an interior release either therefore you can not open from the inside in the event the hatch is stuck in lock position. The spare tire will not ingage. At golf course and tire was flat. Tow man could not even get the spare to lower from automated storage location. Navigation would also stick. Although I have taken to dealership they have never been able to fix any of these issues. For the cost these issues should work. These have occured since day one and everytime I take to dealership it will not replicate since issues are intermittent. Frustrating.
