2006 GMC Yukon XL Denali User Reviews
All-Wheel Drive shown

- GREAT in snow, reasonable fuel economy, good handleing with/without horse trailer
- interior look, price
Most people think this car has horrible fuel economy. They are WRONG. I get about 15 miles to the gallon which is pretty good for a car this size and with this much power. When I did a comparison between the Yukon XL Denali,Ford Expedition, and Toyota Sequoia on Yahoo, they all had the same fuel economy, but GMC had more power. The price on this car is a little high, but not bad.(get the non-Denali version for a lower price.) This car can tow a small horse trailer and you still have good visibility and handling. One of the main problems I have with this car is the interior. The seats are nice, but the steering wheel and dashboard look like they belong in a $20,000 car. If I am going to pay $60,000 for a car I want a $60,000 interior!
