Purchased As New
Horrible, not worth the money. GMC has given us the run around regarding this cyclic droning noise that makes the drive nearly unbearable. Makes me want to vomit. It started when my husband drove it home brand new from the dealership. The service dept said they drove other new ones and they make the same noise so we have to live with it. SO WHAT causes it??? Figure it out and fix the internal design flaw so more people don't suffer like this!! According to my husbands extensive internet search GMC has known about this noise for years and hasn't done anything about it. Some Yukons (and Suburbans) have it and others don't. Some develop this noise after a few hundred miles or more. I fear something is really wrong with it and don't feel safe with my 2 small children. I want my money back so I can buy a Ford or God forbid, a Toyota. Should anyone at GMC powerful enough to help us happen to read this, please contact Sexton Automotive Group in TN. They should know how to reach my husband.
