Escape Hybrid Recognized as Green - Again
Environmentally friendly qualities of the Escape Hybrid garner recognition on "Greener Choices of 2007" list

The Escape Hybrid was again acknowledged by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE's) Green BookŪ Online for earning high environmental scoring.
Named one of the "Greener Choices" of 2007, the Escape Hybrid uses no fuel when stopped in traffic or while driving at very low speeds making the SUV a conscientious selection for American motorists.
The ACEEE's "Greener Choices" catalog recognizes excellent performance each year of widely available gasoline-powered cars and light trucks in several markets. These recognized models represent the best in their class in terms of environmental friendliness, according to ACEEE. These vehicles are largely powered by automatic transmission, thus highlighting the widespread availability of environmentally friendly vehicle choices.
