I have had this car for about 1 year. I did a lot of research on fuel economy, power and room before purchasing and this car checked off every single item. I drive it very agressively and I am getting an average of 28 mpg. There is still not another 6 cyl in the market today (in my price range) that has this kind of fuel economy and reliability. I would highly suggest this car to anyone looking for a power sedan that doesn't kill you at the pump. A year later is still worth what I paid for it too!!!...read morehide

- very comfortable, has great pick up when necessary (unlike many other hybrids)
- back seat doesn't fold down
I've had my HAH for 6 months, and if driven in a non-aggressive manner (60-70mph on highway, no quick starts or stops) and maintained well, I usually get around 37 mpg. I do about 75% highway driving and 25% city driving. What is nice about this car is that when you need the speed, it is there and it is always fun to drive....read morehide

- Powerful and very good mpg. I was amazed at how quiet and responsive it is.
I tried an 09 Camry and was disappointed with its responsiveness when needed. The 07 Accord can get you out of a pickle, though the Camry does get better MPG. I used to drive an 06 Infiniti M35X that was great, but its' MPG was awful. I am really happy with the Accord and except for not having cooled seats, it is everything that I desired. A performance car with excellent MPG that is very comfortable. Honda stopped making them one year too early....read morehide

- great fuel economy with great performance, nicely finished interior, regular gas
- average styling, not state of art hybrid system, no bluetooth,
I have driven my Accord Hybrid for 2 years. The gas milage 26 city 34 hwy, has be very good considering the performance of the engine. Recently drove a Prius and the true hybrid system works better than the Accord's but the Prius is nowhere near as nice or as much fun to drive. Honda should reintroduce this car with an updated hybrid system and it would be an awesome car.
Engine/transmission was reprogramed by Honda after I bought the car and the drivability is not as good as before and even though they claimed the gas milage would improve I think it actually is a little worse.
Overall I really like the car, especially with $4+ gas. Too bad they quit making this model....read morehide

- Fuel economy, acceleration, interior fit and finish, comfort, ride
- Pronounced road noise, no folding rear seat
I have had this car a little over a year now. I love it. I received a $1200 tax rebate from the government for purchasing the hybrid, which helps makes up the extra $2000 I paid for the hybrid. This car rides great with lots of power and quick acceleration. I have gotten as high 37 mph on the highway, but that was exceptional. Typically get around 34 or 35 on highway. Overall with a fair amount of city driving I get around 30 mpg. Only complaints are the road noise while driving is a little too much, and the back seats don't fold down with pass through which means no room for ski's :(. Overall great car, and good in snow....read morehide

- Smooth drive, great handling, great gas mileage for a V6
- Auto stop bugs me, oversells EPA rating (like most cars), gas cap message scared me
I've had this car a little over 2 months, and I've gotten good results so far-- about 24 city/34hwy. To bemoaners, a couple things you must consider: 1) it's a V6, it's never going to give you the economy numbers of the 4 cyl. 2) not all hybrid buyers are going on economy alone -- emissions reductions are also important. and finally 3) To the resale complaintant-- why did you ever feel like buying a car to resell quickly was a good move in the first place? (Let's talk economics and researching supply/demand sometime.)
Overall, I paid 2.5% below invoice on this car, so it basically gave me a luxury version for the price range of the entry level versions. I've been happy with it. The fuel cap message (not isolated to this model) scared the pants off of me the first time, but I researched and realized I just need to make sure I use the 6-click rule when tightening the cap.
I plan to re-evaluate how I feel in a year....read morehide

- Body style, pick-up, large doors, heated-seats, nice sun-roof, better-than-avg. fuel mileage for V6s
- none to really make mention of......
After break-in, put some Motor-Latte synth. treatment into the oil and watch your mileage increase, esp. in town ( + 2-3 more mpg ).

- ride is smooth brakes not bad
overhal thhis car even though the price is a little more than the rest the mpg makes up for it along with the extra power

- Smooth Ride, Awesome body style, decent fuel economy
- Rattle noise, hard to actually get 28mph city, more like 24-25
Love all the other features, the paint color graphite pearl is sharp, smooth ride. Has some nice pick up and acceleration.

- Honda Quality, Good combination of power and fuel economy, leather, power everthing
- Small trunk, 05 has no spare tire, sound system is average, my model does not have GPS
The price paid for this car is the main determing factor in my overall satisfaction. For the people who paid full retail or nearly full retail price, I can see why they are disappointed. This car is not worth $30650+ttl. I bought a new 05 HAH in Mar 06, so I paid 6.5k less before ttl. I feel like I got a hybrid discount. There was an additional $650 tax credit from the government. For me the car has everything that the regular 05 Accord EX V6 has but it has more power and gets better mileage. The only thing I miss is not having a spare, no moonroof, and my model does not have GPS. Otherwise this is a great car and a great value for me. It has power everything. After driving it for nearly 2 years, I am getting about 22 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway. This is an ideal car for highway driving.
I am disappointed that the car has been discontinued. Maybe they will bring back the Accord Hybrid with a 4 cyl to better compete with the Camry....read morehide
