I drive a Plugin Prius and my wife drives the Plugin Accord. We are not sure which one gets the best gas mileage; they are that close. I have to say the Honda is more comfortable to drive, but the Prius has more than twice the trunk space as the Honda. Both of them have radar controlled cruise control, and backup cameras which are great features. Those aside, the Accord has side view camera which is very- very nice, but the seats are not leather like the Prius' which are great. The Honda's Hybrid system is a little smoother taking off and stopping than the Prius, but is a little unsettling when the engine revs up in a parking lot scenario. Both are quiet inside (except for the revving) and both are a pleasure to drive. Both have the ability in California to purchase Car Pool Lane stickers for single occupancy, and both are priced about the same. We love both of these cars and wouldn't change our choices except if we could have afforded the Plugin Tesla....read morehide

Just bought accord plug in and love it!! Base model is fully loaded and charge is half the time as others on the market!!
Beautiful interior but wish the seats were leather
Plug could be a little longer to make life easier honda
Getting about 55mpg so far with regular charging between uses
