Cons: Interior Paneling is way cheaper than previous civics, Back seating area is way too low (window to seats) and uncomfortable, suspension is rough my 95 civic has better suspension.

Its one of the smallest coupes i've owned, the restyling that they have done is awesome makes it look similar to the accord coupe. the interior im not to pleased about the cheap plastic panels... and the two tier speed and rpm display is simply ugly... the only thing i enjoyed about the interior is probally the steering wheel with alot of steering wheel controls.... the media center console is very unique in the way that you can customize every feature on your car from how long the lights stay on to which door unlocks when you turn off your car, and this console comes standard on all models of the civic... overall beautiful looking car with sub par interior...read morehide

-Rear tires are cupping and they've become very noisy after 5,000 miles.

Rear tires are cupping and they've become very noisy after 5,000 miles. Problem first noticed: November 2011. The rear tires were always slippery in tight curves at normal speed. Went to Route 23 Honda, NJ for a check up on 02/16/12. They blamed my new tires (10000 miles old). Charged me $96.25 for a 4 wheel alignment, no problem found with the rear wheels. I have asked them about Service Bulletin 08-001 (Uneven or Rapid Rear Tire Wear) but they did not admit any fault. They've said my car does not need a repair as per SB 08-001 mentioned above. I have contacted (opened account with) American Honda Motor Co. They did not call back. My next car will not be a Honda!

-Third brake light failed-bad contact $270 to fix.
-Driver sun visor split in two and blocked visibility!

The vibration inherent in this vehicle is unbelievable - and carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel are the result. Buyer beware - this vehicle should have warnings printed everywhere.
Honda says - so what - we know - so what.
Honda executives say - we duped Americans into paying top dollar for a piece of vibrating crap. They so - Honda customer services said - buy another vehicle.

This car is no bad but in many ways it is a drop in quality compared to previous versions. I would not recommend this car until 2013 because they are already do a revision for 2013 which is very strange. Something is just not quite right about this vehicle
