Finally after a few years of dullness the new Civic has a beautiful design. The minute you sit in it you know that it has the stance. You feel like you're sitting in totally new kind of car different in a way thats hard to describe. Maybe its the new dash board with totally different windshield glass. Whatever it is I like it. Even though it may be a hybrid it still has the zip to pass or when you need the occasional power. I read that it has 123 foot pounds at 2300 rpm. You can feel that and it has a different feel with the electric and gas working together. It is the quitest honda I have every had and the suspension makes it feel like a much larger car. My first honda was a 1983 honda accord. I have the same jazzed feeling I had then with the new honda civic hybrid. Back in 1983 I had just test driven a olds delta 88. The honda accord was such a refreshing change that I became a honda fan. Ironically they tell me that my new civic is the same size as the old accord. Very interesting!
