The efficiency of the the car was above my expectation, handling is decent, comfort is great due to CVT transmission, the vehicle acceleration is responsive with ECON mode off, stopping is decent, ride is not bumpy. iMID system is very interactive and will inform you of how the mechanical and electrical power being utilized. Navigation and Leather package is a must to fully enjoy the vehicle. I highly recommend this vehicle if you are driving at least 100 miles a day.

This is my first hybrid. I did research and test drove 2012 Nissan leaf( Full Electric),2012 Toyota Pruis, and of course 2012 Civic hybrid. After comparing all pros and cons, it seemed to be to the advantage to the Civic. I factored vehicle weight, interior room for passengers, average mpg and up keep. I also took into consideration of the purpose of going greener(what type of batteries are being used and disposal). The Civic Hybrid has the right mix of normal car to hybrid tech. Doesnt look like a space ship(Pruis) or cost as much as one(Leaf)! Honda hit a homerun with this one way to go!...read morehide

I love the dash, love the way the car drives ive had a prius and a insight and both are nice hybrid cars but the civic hybrid feel like a regular car the 1.8 l engine gives you eneough power to geel like a normal car love that...

I love Japanese cars. They are last forever....my last Honda Civic was 1997 and it went up to 250k Miles with two times replaced timing belts and no major repair.
