Well, its a Honda! I was going to get the Corolla but they don't want to deal(and cost more) + the Civic has a 5 speed auto and gets up to 39 mpg. The carpet is cheap but who cares! Got this car just over 2 months ago, put 6,000 miles on it since. LOVE this car!! Upgraded from an '03 Civic Hybrid, and the difference in power and comfort is AMAZING!

Only trouble I have with this car is that in the '12 model year they didn't have a lot of standard options for the LX model. I desperately wanted Bluetooth and Navigation in the car, but those were both only available on the EX. Honda has fixed this in the '13 model year....read morehide

We got 47mpg on this vehicle, going 55mph for a 30 mile trip. That measured up to our 2008 Honda Civic DX, which we loved and passed down to our son. There is absolutely no complaint with the road noise or vibration, as many claim. We love the classy interior, the comfort, the layout of the windows, the roominess. All in all a very solid car. This is my first Honda and I'm very impressed with the milage. Car has 34000 miles and still runs great. Had to replace front brakes at 30000 miles. Car could use more noise insulation!

hyundai santa fe died a couple of times liked it so much
whent and bought me one to awesome gas milage 36.5 city 43.5 hwy and hust got in a rear end collision in it car hit me from behind when i was stoped at red light he was doing 50mph my honda fared well cant say the same for his neon

I drive 50 miles each way to and from work for about 500 miles a week, luckily for me, I fill up on Sunday night and again on thursday just to have enough for the weekend. I currently have about 4200 miles and it works great. I'm really surprised about the comfort inside the vehicle. On the weekends, i go out with 3 of my friends and I can still get about 38 mpg with 4 average built guys in it. I love that I can get 43 mpg going 69/70 mph. Its 4-cylinder is great and responds really well. It's not going to outrun the cops, but it is zippy through the city. I only wish that it could come with actual wheels instead of those plastic covers....read morehide

would really recomend this car. easy to nagivate and drive on the interstate. I am not used to driving a lighter car and the wind seems to factor in more but im geting used to it! well worth the value!

Bought my car at the first of the year and i have already 10,000 miles on it! I have taken it to the beach and to Dc and several other trips. It does awesome! i averaged 49 mpg on my last trip with cruise control. I love the sleek exterior design, i know some think its boring but i despise the cars that are beyond crazy in looks! its very simple and fresh. I love the inside too. The driving panel is awesome and lets me know when i am not geting great mpg. It comes withan econ button, which i have turned in all the time and i cant tell the differnce in power other than going up steep hills. Lots of room in the back for the car seat. i test drove the fit and some others and hated that i couldnt reach back to my daughter easliy in those cars. However, in the civic it is more open. The trunk is spacious but geting ready to test it out with 5 people with luggage and im not sure if everything will fit! I bought this car after the motor in my chrysler mini van died. I am used to a ton of room and am very happy with what this smaller car has to offer!

no power seats which is a hassel sometimes. I didnt even realize that those spaces in the back seat were "cup holders"! i just thought they were smaller storage places? after reading the review about the cup holder i went out to try and the only drink i could get to fit was a plastic water bottle at an angle. i am also wishing the car came with some kind of roof rack or hitch (they had none available and would have to be ordered) . The thing i hate the most is that after you plug up your ipod, you do not have to listen to that particular playlist. if you want to change albums or playlist it has to be unplugged and selected on the ipod itself. you can browse through the playlist that is selected but not jump from playlist to playlist. which is not a big deal just more preperation for a trip!...read morehide
