- none so far
- very uncomfortable
the most uncomfortable vehicle i've ever owned. fuel economy is bad for a 4 cyclinder (21 mpg the very best).
THIS IS MY FIRST HONDA I'VE OWNED AND MY LAST, WITHIN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS I WILL BE GETTING RID OF THIS CAR. I've owned this for 7 months and put 8900 miles on it and absolutely hate it..
BUY AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...read morehide

- great fuel economy. ride is smooth... Stability Control System. traction control, looks cool, etc..
- none so far (3-month observation)
great fuel economy. i say this because some owners out there have complained about the fuel efficiency of the CRV. but i think, the efficiency of your car depends on you. i was able to reach a 30 mpg on a 4-hour trip from joplin, MO to Carrollton, MO. i donno, maybe its just me. hehehe! but i think this car is really good in handling fuel mileage.
ride is smooth...i had a Civic before (its with my wife now) my CRV and Man!!..i tell you, there is no much of a different in handling bumpy roads. my RAV4 (before) cannot even compete with its smoothness.
and the stability and traction control is really great! tested during snow and ice storm weeks ago. it really handles the CRV well.
and with the new redisigned exterior, its really awesome. its a real head turner.
so for those out there who doesnt agree with me, well, maybe this car is not for you...hehehe!
all in all, this is a great buy....read morehide

- Decent fuel economy, maintenance minder system is nice, Honda service is very good
- Rattles everywhere, seats are uncomfortable, armrests uncomfortable
All in all it's not a bad car, but I just expected better. I'd take my old Hyundai Tucson over this one.
-From 60%-40% highway-city driving, I get 20.4 mpg. The Tucson used to give me something like 19, but it was also a six-cylinder.
-Seats are just plain old uncomfortable. I got used to them now, but I don't look forward to driving as much as I did in my old cars.
-There's no center console in mine, so if you put anything into the little tray in between the front seats it'll rattle and drive you insane. Even a water bottle will rattle from the little strip of plastic that gets torn off the cap upon opening.
-Maintenance minder system is nice and tells you exactly what's wrong and when you need to get your oil changed.
-Looks decent from the front but not from the back.
-Driving is so-so.
All in all, not impressed. I leased for 39 months at $284/month with $1300 down, and was looking forward to getting rid of it after about two months. If I had to describe it in one word: AVERAGE....read morehide

- Don't see anything anymore!
- Bad MPG, Bad service, High cost of maintenance, Road noise, uncomfortable
My CRV has 15,000 miles on it and about 12 months old. The brakes were checked because I felt it was fading and pads were replaced. The service dept. charged for pads because it was a normal part of wear & tear. The service was bad and rude. Never thought to have such treatment from Honda. Besides, the CRV has a road noise that is unbearable on long trips and uncomfortable too. I got a 18 MPG which is far from the advertisement by Honda! I regret buying this car. I should have gone to get the Mitsubishi Outlander with better looks and warranty!...read morehide

- Don't see any, except it is underpowered and overpriced for such a small SUV
- Plenty of road noise, bad fuel MPG (18), unsafe highway speed, boring style
The CRV is priced too high for such a simple SUV with too much plastic inside and style becomes a bore after awhile. No V6 engine which should have made it at its current price. Uncomfortable headrest, rough ride, painful seats, less interior space, bad wheel alignment which pulls to one side and quality is down!...read morehide

- Nothing shows any pro, except if you want to pay more for less of a value!
- Stiff price, ride, bad fuel economy and power, bad noisy interior, ugly look
If you want to be happy with your choice of SUV, try out the Ford Edge for a much better value for the price and want fuel economy go for the New Ford Escape hybrid for the value of your money! It is the smart way to buy a car.

- fuel economy;clean looks;safety features
- thicker arm rests;auto headlights
Just drove 1370 miles to Florida thru mountains, wind, hard rain and averaged 28 mph overall, which is exactly what was advertised.I like the 17" wheels to look over snow banks and the 4WD feature to plow thru our big snowfalls. We always consult Consumer's Report for everything and the high rating for safety and the price can't be overlooked.I wish that American cars would take note before there are no American cars left......read morehide

- BAD FUEL ECONOMY FOR A 4 CYLINDER ENGINE, STIIF RIDE, HIGH PRICE
- SHOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT.
THE HONDA QUALITY IS REALLY GOING SOUTH WITH BAD FUEL ECONOMY WHICH THEY BOAST OF, BUT UNTRUE, THE STIFF RIDE AND HARD SEATS WHICH IS UNBEARABLE FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME, THE LESS POWERFUL ENGINE WHICH LABORS GOING UP HILLS, THE HIGH PRICE FOR A MEDIOCRE SMALL SUV AND THE NOT THE BEST STYLING HONDA OFFERS IS JUST PLAIN COMPARED WITH OTHERS JAPANESE SMALL SUV RUNNING THE ROADS. I HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION QUICK TO GET RID OF IT BEFORE BIG TIME DEPRECIATION SETS IN....read morehide

- LOTS OF INTERIOR ROOM, RIDES SMOOTH, GREAT PICK UP FOR 4CYL, THE PRICE!
- water drips on you from the hatch in the rain
This crossover SUV is rated one of the best in safety, performance and style according to Consumer Reports. I have owned this car for over 3 months and i LOVE IT! It is the smoothest riding car i have ever owned or driven. Road noise? What are they talking about. It is NOT a loud car. But do they mean putting the windows all the way down especially in the back going over 40 mph, i know i had to put them up due to a pounding air noise. Solution...put the windows 1/2 way up. Face it in the winter they are up and in the summer they are up. Plus you get better gas mileage with them up! The road visibility is great and no visible blind spots. All the controls are at reach and the nifty compartments are shaped just right for all your gadgets. I suggest getting a foam cup holder for cell phone, pen etc. You have 6 cup holders! The radio sounds great! Head room is like a van. Handles bumps like a champ and the clearance is high! All the other crossovers were priced at least 2K more and i get the reliability and resale value of a HONDA! Go get one!...read morehide

- NOT EQUAL TO RAV4 IN PERFORMANCE, LOOKS AND COMFORT.
- EXPENSIVE PRICE, SMALL, NO POWER, BAD MILEAGE FOR A 4 BANGER1
THE CRV IS AN EXPENSIVE SMALL SUV FOR $28,000 AND HAS ONLY A 4 CYLINDER ENGINEWITH BAD FUEL MILEAGE. FOR THAT PRICE, A 6 CYLINDER ENGINE SHOULD BE STANDARD AND COMFORTABLE RIDE SHOULD BE INCLUDED AS FOR THOSE LONG VACATION TRIPS. THE COMPACT TIRE SURE DOESN'T HELP EITHER. THE RIDE IS HARSH AND NOISY WHICH MAKES IT UNBEARABLE ON LONG DRIVES WERE i LIKE PEACE AND QUIET....read morehide
