- Good fuel economy, comfortable, great electronics, great safety features, fun to drive
- none, so far

We have owned this CRV almost a year. No problems after we drove it off the lot and no problems since. Gas mileage averages around 22 mpg in town and for the two or three road trips we've taken we've averaged 27-29 mpg. Overall, a great vehicle! My wife primarily drives it, but I've driven it in and out of town and it handles great. it's actually more fun to drive than I would have thought. I'm considering trading my Pilot in for one....read morehide

- easy access for all sized people; great driving position; handles well
- a bit under-powered; road noise; electronics can be quirky at times; gas mileage not that great

This is my 3rd Honda and second CR-V in 12 years; was torn between this car and a Ford Escape and have wondered if I made a mistake--Previous car was a 2003 Accord and maybe I got spoiled, but the first thing I noticed was how much more road noise there is in this car compared to the Accord-every little bump and pothole hit seems magnified-am expecting this to evolve into a lot of rattles later on (still have less than 3Kmi.)-For $30K, a little more sound proofing would have been nice--hard to get used to all the newer electronic gizmos compared to those in the Accord; had hoped the navi system would have been improved since 2003 but it hasn't--even found it had omitted a major street in a nearby town--(think I will keep my Garmin in the glove box for long trips as a back-up)-some of the features can be tempermental at times and a little confusing in the set up process--especially the handsfree link for cell phones--still trying to figure out why, even though I have both my wife's phone and mine paired to the system and with both phones bluetooth on, when my wife is in the car (and her phone is with her) calls to MY phone do not go through the hands free link. Think it has to do with her phone for some reason, taking priority since it was paired first and mine second--will be doing a lot of owners manual reading to see what can be done about that.
Car does have a great driving position-(love being able to see the hood) and is pretty comfortable for someone of my (great ) size--only complaint is it seems a bit underpowered--dies on hills pretty quickly and this is unloaded--will be taking a fully loaded vehicle over some 4K ft. mountains soon and am really not looking forward to it--my Accord had the same engine and it never slowed like this one does--wouldn't mind it if gas mileage was better but it isn't--am pulling mainly 20 mpg per each tankful (my brother in law who bought my Accord loves to rub it in how he is getting 23-24 mpg as a rule--and he is a HARD driver too!)
Have had the car only 4 months so maybe I should give it more of a chance before being so critical--but I am a little disappointed so far with this Honda compared to the previous ones I have owned---just hope the Honda reliability carries on....read morehide
