I recommend this car but without the navigation system.
I have to keep my old TomTom (3 year old update) in the car. It's incredible the amount of places the built in GPS, doesn't recognize. Two weeks after it was bought they wanted to sell me $170 update. In the Ottawa region we have to punch in Gloucester, Richmond etc. or he won't find it.
The other flaw is you can't open the tailgate without the remote. Be ready to crawl all the way to the tailgate if you store your boosting cable in the back....read morehide

Excellent Car for the money. Looked at Subaru Outback, Venza, Murano before decision. Liked Crosstour the best. Honda Crosstour has great reliability for 2010-2012 Vehicles.
Very versatile for my needs with 25 cu. ft. behind 2nd seat and 51 plus with rear seats folded. Much more nimble than SUV designs....read morehide

Scouted for new car (preferably SUV) after paying off 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid last year; ended getting this piece of engineering for 24K+ after $7000 discount! Nice ride and comfort esp with long distance driving. Planning to keep this new baby for retirement! I love this car. It has so much passenger room not to mention the room in the hatch. For a 4cyl it has plenty of power. Got 455 miles on a tank of gas!! The only con i see is rear visibility but with the rear camera it is ok. You won't be disappointed.

We traded a Toyota Corolla that wouldn't make it up the hill to where we are building. The Crosstour has no problem at all. The ride is so comfortable, and quiet I sometimes get sleepy just driving.. It does respond at the drop of the throttle though... really pushes you back in the seat. A pleasue to drive. We are getting about 23 mpg combined over the first 5,000 miles. I bought the V4 EXL because the pickup on the V4 is much more than sufficient and much better than a lot of other V4 cars that I test drove in the same category. The cost savings on both the car and at the gas pump is definitely not a regret. This is my third Honda and I absolutely love it. Based on my past experiences with Hondas, I know that I will be driving this for a very long time, and enjoying it the entire time. Sporty ride and solid handling on the curves. quality construction. incredible sound on the premium speaker system with subwoofer even at high volumes. Very roomy interior. Comfortable seating, even for long drives. While some do not like the view from the rear view mirror because of the awkward hatchback, I admit that I actually like it because of its sporty look and feel, and got used to it within two days. Also love the car’s sporty sleek sweeping look from back to front, and classy look from the front. Honda needs to figure out how they can gracefully lower the MSRP as I am sure sales would pick up dramatically if they did this. But since I got the car for 2,500 under Invoice through and online requesting, I can't complain. The only other thing is they should have included a remote garage door opener on the EXL V4. It is on the V6. Love everything else, and love the fact that Honda dared to give me the opportunity to drive something that looks like nothing else out there....read morehide

We traded in our 2010 Jeep and have found ourselves very happy with our Crosstour. We've discovered that with the back seats folded down there is almost as much useable space as the Jeep and a much classier and comfortable ride! 4 Cyl provides good gas mileage, plenty of power & runs smooth!
