Purchased As New
I paid $18,748 +TTL a lot less then the Toyota Prius. I average 45 MPG highway and 50-54 MPH city, with a overall total average of 49.5 MPG since I bought the car in March 2010 and 25,000 miles later. This car replaced and older SUV and I have saved about 1,162 gallons of gas. I bought this car because I wanted something with great gas mileage and low sticker price. A co-worker bought a 2011 Insight with curse control after riding in mine and driving it a few times. My co-worker and I do not understand why this car does not out sell the Toyota and get better reviews, it cost less with almost as good MPG, not to mention that the breaks always work and the gas pedal will not stick like the Prius.
