Purchased As New
I regreat trading my 2004 Odyssey for an 2008. I never had to take my 2004 to the service department. I was a good car. Last time I took my 2008 to the service department was two days ago on a tow truck. I paid $256 for an alternator and $105 for a diagnostic. My sister-in-law has the same mini van and it has similar mechanical issues. Warranty expired. Now I have to pay out of my pocket. Now that it has no warranty, service department wants to replace many things, like brake and power steering fluids. They say that fluids are contaminated. $99 for each job. The reallity is that you don't have to change the fluids, they just want your money. They don't offer to do that when vehicle is under warranty.
