The Goods: The Honda Relilibilty. 500 years from now it will still run. This car is very comfortable it is a second home from home and there is much space in the trunk. I was able to fix my bike in there. Great accelleration. It is a very easy car. Easy to get. Nothing too complicated. Execpt for the useless VTM-4. Something that honda dosent tell you is that you cant use VTM on paved roads and only in Reverse 1st or 2nd Gear.
The Bads: As we bought the Honda Pilot we were given an option. 4 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. 4 wheel drive is good when you go for a nice ski trick but really useless when taking the kids to school. The disdvantage on 4 wheel drive is extra weight which means really bad gas millage. More Options we were given was EX which is the lowered version and the LX which is the fancy version. Engine wise. Both V-6 engines and both have 4 wheel drive. The LX is just a bunch of vanity features which you probably really dont need. Like a DVD Player. Which you cant take it out of the car. Another thing I dont like about this Honda is there is no Side Airbags. In the 2006 version there is so kudos Honda. As you drive down the road you can feel every bump on the road. If someone dropped a penny on the road you can feel it and use you ABS 4-Wheel disc brakes to take you to a very harsh stop to pick it up. The Transmissions takes awhile to get use to becasue its a "high tech Transmission" which is another pro from Honda like the S2000 Transmission.
