- Four door, Four wheel drive. Lots of room.. Same fuel mileage as our 06 Toyota highlander.
- Noise in right front, thumping or popping. I have parts ordered for replacing the strut bearings.
Also steering bolts loose, This and the bearings will take care of the thumping noise. And Honda will align the front end after the repair.

- plenty of room.
- door panels have stress cracks.
Noise in the front end, Sounds like it's in the steering. Just aroud 50 degrees and rain. At times it will make this noise for miles. It seems to be from the right side front.

- I have found if you fill the truck up to the stem you can actually gain 140 miles to a tank full.
outstanding truck its pull is awsume great in the rain and snow, good gas mileage, smooth ride oustanding pickup speed going uphill. I'll tell you this much I drive this truck every day to work 40 miles one way, and I can get 420 miles to a tank full, I have found if you fill the tank up to the stem the truck gains 140 miles to the tank.
I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE TRUCK.
ITS GREAT...read morehide

- Ride, safety features, Honda reputation
- Blind spots, stirring wheel to far. minor lack in power coming from a V-8 but jury still out
Have had my ridgeline for two weeks and so far so good. Traded in a 2001 Dodge Dakota(V8) for my RTL , that same day a Ford F150 and Chevy Surburban were also traded in.(watch out ) Loved this SUT/Truck the first time I test drove it and it seems to just keep getting better. First week drove 300 miles to NJ shore and it was awesome, no problems passing when needed, I just missed that initial torque(v8) a little, but again jury still out since I'm taking it easy the first 500 miles or so. I added alot of extras (chrome wheels, fog lights, grill gaurd, roof rack, running boards, hood air defelector, taillight garnish ect.) and it looks AWESOME I have had more people come up to me and ask questions then I did with my nice looking Dakota and thats saying something. I got the silver and the extras just made it that much more eye appealing. This is the perfect vehicle for my son and dog and my part time hobby landscaping one added bonus is everytime my 3 year old gets in his car seat he now falls fast a sleep thats how comfortable he is. I can only hope that all these positives continue and at this point I'm 100% satisfied with this Ridgeline and know I made the right choice....read morehide

- A Great overall package for 90% of the population. Locking trunk in the bed.
- It doesn't have wings so it can't fly.
I have seen a lot of reviews by people on this website that do not own nor have test driven a Ridgeline. I have previously owned Chevy, Dodge, and Ford trucks and refinement wise, the Honda beats them all. No it can't pull a 5th wheel, and no, you can't get it with 8 cylinders but it does exactly what it is designed to do. It gets its occupants to their destination with gear in luxurious comfort without the standard truck like back braking ride associated with a "conventional" truck. It will haul a 5000 lb trailer. It will hold a bed full of loose rock, mulch, flowers, a couple of motorcycles, and will handle 30 sheets of 4 X 8 plywood flat on the floor, not on the wheel wells.
It also has 6 airbags, a locking trunk, 10,001 storage areas in the cab and gets fairly decent gas mileage.
If you are in the market and don't want/like this truck because it is not made by the Big Three then don't take it for a test drive because if you do, you will buy it. By the way, before someone mentions that I should buy domestic, you should check the window sticker. The Honda Ridgeline seems to have about 14% more parts manufactured in the USA than the Chevy Avalanche. 75% for the Honda vs. 61% for the Chevy. Go figure... I'm not a domestic hater as I have owned and currently own a domestic from one of the big 3. The Honda is simply a great vehicle and the best choice in the size, bang for the buck, and features catagories that I was looking for. You will see all of the domestics copying features from the Ridgeline in the very near future. Just look at the new Sport Trac. Where did that in bed bin idea come from? The Honda suffers from a few first year quirks but the dealer is fixinging them all pretty much without question. That is pretty good considering this is the Ridgelines first full year let alone their first attempt at a pickup truck and is the unibody truck in many years. That is a lot of firsts to overcome and Honda has overcome them as you would expect them to....read morehide

- Well layed out interior, excellent climate controls, Excellent safety, nice trunk in truck bed.
- Not able to tow.
This truck provides plenty of accelleration, good gas millage, and provides plenty of room for 6 + footers. The ability to fold up the rear seats is great. Excellent safety features and comfy seats is a deffinate plus for this vehicle. Heater works great and so does the air in the summer. This truck is a deffinate winner....read morehide
