| Pros: | Styling, Dash Layout, Truck, Fit and Finish |
| Cons: | Very Poor Mileage, Seats hard head rest lean head forward VCR shudder no seat memory no rear vent |
After 3100 miles of driving in our Accord we have averaged 14.3 miles a gal in town driving and 25.5 miles @ 60 miles per hr. We take off slow, coast to stop. shift into neutral at stoplights and turnoff the car if idling more than a minute or so. We sold our Avalanche which got 15 mile per gal for a smaller less equiped vehicle that is a chore to drive to get better mileage.
The seats are very firm and long trips uncomfortable. the head rest force your head frontward and unpleasent . No seat memory means my petite wife and I have to take time to reset the seat. No rear A/C is uncomfortable for our kids. The arm rest slides forward which means you cannot use the drink holder. The radio is not that impressive compared to our former Bose system, Heated seat on Honda only heats bottom of seat not the back,
The sunroof is quiet when driving which is an improvement over our Chevy. Performance for a V6 is marginal and lacks punch over 65 miles per hr. The VCM does shudder though when it kicks in but you can live with it. Our seat track broke on the ar and awaiting parts to replace, the dealer told us to live with the mileage. Can use a 6 speed transmission. Overall we gave up a lot of comfort with our Avalanche for poor mileage in town and but definetly better highway miles. We are shopping for another vehicle.

| Pros: | Nice looks, roomy, economy and luxury for the money. Firm seats for long hauls. |
| Cons: | needs rear seat vents, road noise a little loud, just a little.. |
This is my first Honda. After looking at the EX-L you won't want to go any lower. Leather comes standard, as does auto climate control. The seats are nice and firm for support on long trips. Firm seats are the deal when it comes to fighting fatigue on long drives. Mercedes came up with this long ago and with good reason. XM radio comes standard with 3 months free and I will pay for it after this "freebie" runs out. Nice setup. Good ergonomics with the dash and center stack. I got the non-navigation model. I have never needed a car to tell me when and where to turn and won't start now. It was like a $3k hike for that. I don't need to keep up with the neighbor's new car. Economy is great and returned a 33 mpg instead of the 31 mpg on the sticker. The 190 horse, high output 4 banger does everything I need it to. The transmission "locks" into a lower gear when it recognizes a grade, up or down. So no pulling into lower gears manually to keep the tranny from shifting back and forth. After seeing all the nice quality I did expect it to be quieter on the road. But this is a Honda and not a Cadillac. These cars are built to run and not fall apart. I‘ve had more expensive cars and this one measures up pretty well. With gas being high these days this car is a smart move. I liked the Camry but this car is better looking. It just needs rear air/heat vents to make people in the back a little more comfortable. But I can over look this small detail. Good buy IMHO..

| Pros: | Amazingly well-appointed car for the money, very strong, fast, smooth engine. Quiet, |
| Cons: | Leather seats could be a little softer, nav system directions sometimes awkward, |
This is a beautiful car, and loaded with accessories you would find on cars thousands of dollars more expensive. The V-6 is worth every penny extra - the 270 hp engine is fast, smooth, and gives you extra power when you need it. Love the trip computer, but the navigation system needs some work. (The voice tells you to take the second left when you approach an intersection with a median - i.e., I wouldn't know that the "first" left would put me into oncoming traffic????). The lines of the new Accord are sleek and sexy and turns heads. A great car for the money.

| Pros: | Front seat comfort |
| Cons: | Nav system not user friendly |
Good legroom for size. Navigation system needs work; need to simplify access to common functions; need more voice recognized commands. Blue tooth poor quality. Excellent acceleration and maneuverability. Have owned SUVs for 10+ years; they were better value for the dollar.

| Pros: | Good gas milage |
| Cons: | NOISY on freeway, gutless when air cond. is cranked on |
I just rented a Nissan Altima the olther day on a business tirp and MAN did it make me re-think buying my 2008 Accord. I felt the Nissan was more comfy, stereo was soOOO much better, had so much more power, and I know I paid more then I should have. I have never been a nissan person, always a Honda girl (had 3) and I gotta say..I am very disappointed in Honda fo my 2008 accord. Please anyone considering buying one, take a drive on a highway/freeway or somewhere with not the greatest pavement. It's soo noisy my 2005 civic never made that much noise.
Honestly I should have shopped around but I needed to trade my Tahoe in, gas prices were eating me alive.

| Pros: | good fuel economy. stylish design. awesome car |
| Cons: | Back seat does not split so you must take down the entire thing. |
I bought my car two weeks ago and it drives great. There is plenty of room in the front and the back and it has plenty of trunk space. I bought my car under invoice but they tricked me into getting the Lo-Jack system which I dont think was a very smart buy. Know ahead of time what you want and look at all of the possible extras because they might say they come with the car and that will just jack up the price.

| Pros: | A great car good econ yet has power and handeling. Good layout. |
| Cons: | slightly noisier then others in class due to road noise not air noise. |
Went over body with fine tooth comb - perfect finish. Solid feel. Bought over 08 TL and others in this class. The 3, 4, 6 clyinder mode is flawless - at 55 on the flat the eco lights up (economy) so mileage is great yet lots of power. Controls well placed. Dash is great and perfectly lighted day or night. Good sound system. Home Link garage door control system set up and worked on the first go!
Minor points - transmission bumps slightly on down shifts. Cup holders to deep so mugs with handles do not fit, a plus is the cup holder area does have cover. No mpg indicator.
Sorry Toyota - 31 years a customer. This Honda reminds me of how you used to be!

| Pros: | Great navigation system, very nice engine. |
| Cons: | Feels cheap |
I bought the Honda Accord based on it's reputation. After driving it I'm dissappointed with the overall quality of the materials. The leather seats, after 16,000 miles, have already started cracking on the side bolsters (it's very cheap 'leather'), and while driving the car at freeway speeds you have to speak up..it's loud inside from wind/road noise. I'm not completely unhappy with the car, but for $30,000 I think Honda skimped on the quality and I'll look elsewhere for my next car.

| Pros: | Great fuel economy, GPS is incredible, Bluetooth is awsome! Leather soft/comfy! |
| Cons: | None! |
I have the pearl white, tan leather seats, and two tone interior with woodgrain. The car has an elegant and sophisticated feel to it. It definately stands out amongst the crowds. I have had nothing but praise from everyone who has been around it. Honda out did themselves with this model. Keep up the good work!
I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car to purchase the new Honda Accord. I had a Toyota Camry and it was horrible! Another tidbit, the Hond Accord 3-4-6 cylinder eco drive is awsome, and the gas mileage you save from it shows!
Good luck and trust me, this car is a winner.

| Pros: | Good fuel economy, Great engine, |
| Cons: | A little rough on uneven pavement. |
Just picked up my EX-L V6 08 Accord sedean. It is everything I expected out of Honda. From the closing of the doors, the dash, the interior and the design all speaks to Honda quality. The engine is strong and the automatic transmission is smooth. The interior is well thought out and the leather and controls on the dash feel right. Buying a Honda is partly about buying a peace of mind. So like the last accord I bought I have peace of mind and a great car.
