- Much better handling than I expect on a minivan, excellent value compared to Sienna and Odyssey
- oil changing a pain, no roofrack crossbars on this model
Purchased As Used
My wife and I bout our Entourage used in the fall of 2006, with about 15,000 miles on it. Since then, we've piled on 75,000 miles, to included a cross country trip from North Carolina to California and back. The only time the van has been in the shop is to get the typical brakes, oil, tires tuneups. The oil has been a pain, because there are two oil filters, and they're hard to get at, but I've had no problem taking it to Walmart, Jiffy Lube, or any other standard tuneup place. All the little ammenities are great, especially the amount of space you can create in the back either with the seats up or folded down. The only thing I've missed is having crossbars on the roofrack. What's the point of a roofrack without crossbars? My wife and I have compared the van to Siennas and Odysseys and have always been thrilled with how similar they are, and how much we saved. Bottom line, one of the best automobiles I've ever owned....read morehide

- Excellent engine, great power, wonderful sound when accelerating. Interior space very good.
- Steering has very heavy feel. Traded in a 2004 Sienna. Noticeable difference in steering.
Turn radius is a bit more than other minivans. I don't like the heavy feel in the steering. Tires lose pressure often. Three times in past 4 months of ownership. We like the fact that the base model has dual power doors. Beware of cups holders between the two front seats. Tall bottles do NOT stay in place. The material used to hold the bottles in place is way too flexible. Our Propel bottle constantly fall over. This was not a problem with the Sienna. We also love the DVD Video system the dealer installed. It's not the factory unit for over $2k. It was only $1,500 and is a portable 10" unit that has is also a Nintendo Gameboy! Our son loves that! Overall a very nice van. With 4 months and 9k miles of service, zero problems. The Sienna was in the shop 3 times in the first 3 months for trim related problems. Very nice van. We are considering a Veracruz as replacement to 14-year old sedan....read morehide

- Huge inside - sharp looking - well appointed -great engine
- Very poor fuel economy in the city - front seat should go back another inch.
I've owned my 2007 Entourage for one year and love its functionality, looks, ride and performance. The only disappointment is it fails to reach the city mileage indicated. Truthfully, I average 13.5 to 14.2 around town so I consider that poor. I anticipated 16 to 17. It does fine on the highway where I average around 21 to 22.
However, I would'nt want to sacrifice the engine power because you can punch this buggy and it flys with a roar. Great handling.
Local Hyundai dealer in Clearwater is fantastic. Top notch service with every visit....read morehide

- Comfortable; lots of room; smooth ride
- Terrible fuel economy; Ignition key won't turn
I thought I had done all my homework when I purchased my 2007 Entourage. It looked good and was quite comfortable, with plenty of cargo space. But look out for the fuel economy! This car doesn 't even come close to the manufacturer's claims. I have never reached even the lowest rating of 18 mpg city, and my best highway mileage was 19.9 mpg, compared to the rating of 25 mpg highway. After only 7 months, I am considering trading it in on any van that can consistently deliver 21 mpg city or more!
I also have been temporarily stranded on numerous occasions because the ignition key absolutely would not turn....read morehide

- roomy interior
- cheap black dash
smooth and comfortable ride, good handling!! couldn't expect more for minivan.
I have owned this vehicle for a full year and do not have any problem whatsoever. My experience with Entourage absolutely changed my mind about Hyundai.
I definitely give A+++++ for Hyundai Entourage.

Perfect Van, tried them all and this is the van. We have two small kids and we feel that this the safe van we have been looking for, we have traded our 2005 Toyota Van on this Hyundai. With the warranty and quality of the Hyundai I feel that Hyundai is now playing in the same class that Toyota and Honda are in, if not better....read morehide

- Safety features, well-equipped for a base model, interior design, powerful engine.
- Fuel economy could be better in the city; heated mirrors would be nice on this trim level.
We've had our Entourage for 3 months. Very pleased so far! Comfortable and fun to drive with plenty of power. Roominess of front and second row seats is outstanding - I am 6'3" and can easily say this is one of the roomier vehicles I've ever driven. Standard CD player/radio sounds great, and we love the dual zone heat/AC. Handling is secure in all situations, and the brakes are powerful and have very little fade. This is our second Hyundai (we also have a 2003 Elantra) and we are completely sold on the brand. It is great to be able to put your family in a car that is this safe at such a competitive price; safety was the initial impetus for our purchase. to sum it up - a great van at a great price....read morehide

- Warranty, Standard Safety features, Smooth ride, and Value
- A little uncertain about it's reliability but Hyundai has gotten some good reviews the past 5 years.
I still can't believe what I got for the price and it's safety rating and safety features really made this purchase an easy decision.

- this minivan is very good on gas. the space in the vehicle is great and it meets every need.
- The tires on the vehicle seem to lose pressure more than normal.
It truly is a great minivan. I personally have had two other minivan both different makes and this one by far is the best one. The ride is just so much more smoother and quieter.
