- service Rep is so rude and Equus call center is useless

Hyundai is trying very hard to bring luxury line in to US market. However, their people work like old days. Buy one Hyundai and they don't care if they come back to them or not.
I am having a problem with my trunk which opens randomly by itself and I even have the video of this happening. Yet, this service Rep refuse to fix my car and keep insisting I need to demonstrate to him in person. I already have video and why I need to show him which happense randomly. I have video showing this happening, but they don't want to fix the problem. Hyundai should train their people how to sell luxury car before they can bring their luxury line into US. Until then they should stay with their Accent.
